Unfortunately, I did not love this book. It wasn't organized enough for me. Seriously. It didn't have any order to it and seemed to flit all over the place from one topic to the next. Also, it rarely went into depth on any one topic. Of course, some people might like this effect. It could read more like a book of daily meditations or something that you just pick up once in a while and open to any random page to contemplate. Personally, I don't think this book would help people learn about yoga and I'm not sure it would help writers either. But there is a beautiful simplicity to it and I think it just depends on the person and what they are looking for. For me, this didn't work.
