As a rank beginner to Farsi, this handy book is ideal for my needs. The "Word-for-word translations with no clue given to meaning" criticism noted by another reviewer is valid, so people should consider this. However, I find this pocketsize reference useful until downloadable translations apps become better and easier to use.
