Lightning Has Struck TWICE!
Over a year has passed since that tragic blood bath at the Marriott. Gone but not forgotten, the life and memory of Chino Wells still affects friends and loved ones. Emotionally, a part of Lisa died with Chino that night. Physically she would have died without the skills of her savior and now husband Dr. Chris Brennan. With the comfort and security of Chris, she has left the street life behind. Or has she?
Donell has been given a second chance at life. He has finally come to terms with the relationship that went down between Chino and Lisa. Determined to make the best of his second chance, he has moved on. Or has he?
Knees, Chino's second in command, is still holding it down. The presence of the Junior Army is felt in the streets. No longer wet behind the ears, the squad boasts of cold-blooded killers with minds of their own. Knees has everything under control. Or does he?

B.L.U.N.T. has left everyone behind to eat her dust. She kicked it up several notches as she delivers more characters, more intensity, more drama and more body bags. This is only book number two, but I have to say this is one of the best trilogies I have read. Through her compelling, gritty and raw language, B.L.U.N.T. tells a story that has you wanting more. I can't wait for the third of the trilogy - The Vendetta.

Lifetime of Issues
It can't be, can it? Is the illustrious Chino Wells alive? Lisa fears that she is slowly losing her grip on reality as she struggles with mourning her love Chino, as well as trying to maintain her new position as a wife and mother. It's not long before Lisa finds herself at the bottom of a bottle afraid to face the reality in which her erratic life seems to be straddling.
Chris is every girl's fantasy man. He's rich, fine and a doctor. Well he isn't that thuggish roguish guy that some sisters have come to adore, but he is a genuine MAN who willing steps up. Is his love strong enough to keep his family intact?
The Junior Army is up and running in the big boy leagues. They're manufacturing boss moves, making it difficult for people to mistake them as little boys. With so much up for grabs it becomes a startling rise through the ranks as sides are chosen and allegiances are formed.
Shantel is still so pretty in pink as she steps out on the streets big ballin' and prepared to rep her new position in the cold world. Is Shantel too old to be daddy's little girl? Unprepared and unaccustomed to dealing with her daddy tricks, Shantel is forced to make a decision. Is she willing to regulate her game to this level?
The follow-up to Betrayal of a Hustler, A Dead Man's Vengeance is undeniably a tantalizing piece of fiction. A Dead Man's Vengeance quickly baits you in as you battle for a life jacket against action, secrets, consequences, conspiracies, obsessions, riches and yearning which threatens to drown readers with even more suspense.
B.L.U.N.T. is definitely on her grown woman and I am definitely awaiting my next voyage on this trilogy cruise.
