The Reverse Deal
Disillusioned private investigator, Edward Harris, sells his stake in his PI business and leaves to build houses with his brother Joe. When cash-flow problems arise in his new company, Edward seeks temporary employment with his former business associate, Jasper Coleheart. Jasper, who had been investigating suspected money-laundering within a Dutch bank, has had to abandon his client to undergo surgery back in the USA.
From his sickbed, Jasper entrusts Edward with several tasks including the recovery of confidential documents from a deposit box in an Amsterdam bank vault. Martin Sandforth writes a highly detailed thriller that is replete with action on two continents. He is a master at scene setting and weaves an exciting story with diabolical characters. This debut novel promises more thrills and chills in the future.
