Short and easy to read. To the point and a great way to get your foot in the door if you're looking into this way of eating. I like that I was able to read it quickly within a couple hours so I could get started. It also has a couple of different meal plans depending on your goal with recipes, which is nice. Overall, it's a great starter book.
