Barbara Anderson's first book of stories, I THINK WE SHOULD GO INTO THE JUNGLE, was described by Michael Hulse in the GUARDIAN as 'the sharpest collection in English since Raymond Carver's CATHEDRAL'. They show, yet again, her uncanny ear, her unflinching eye, her humour and her compassion

Came across a few of her books in Oxfam but only bought this one. I like short stories, I can read one a day and not feel overwhelmed by reading.
