This was a really great book. Katie’s dad had died a few weeks before, and it had been listed as an accident. When Katie was almost caught in a stamped she had thought that just maybe her father’s death was not an accident. She knew in her heart someone had killed him, and now they were trying to kill her. She contacted Zack and hired him to find out who killed her father. She didn’t really care for Zack, but she knew he was the only person she trusted to find out the truth. Both Zack, and Katie shared some strong emotions from their life. At times my heart was so sad for what they had gone through. They also shared some very passionate nights. Wow! This is a book I can see myself re reading.

This was Zack's story and also about Kate. Kate's father was murdered and someone tried to kill Kate as well. Zack stays with Kate until the killer is killed.
