I was given this book at a Christian camp, where there were various ages and levels of comprehension. The "teen" version was a little watery for me, but would probably be perfect for ages 9-15. It whetted my appetite for the full version, which I shall pursue purchasing. Overall, it was a great book with many helpful and challenging pieces of wisdom.
