I'm a Christian first and foremost. I live in Fort Worth, TX, but from Arizona and looking to move back to Mesa. I have a BA and Technical Writing Certificate from University of North Texas. I won 3rd in a short story contest for a magazine through my high school Creative Writing class. I've been independently published since 2008.
I'm a fan of a bunch of different genres, which is why a lot of my novels are different genres. From time travel to alternate history to lite sci-fi to Christian end times/political thrillers.
As a reader, I loathe novels with tons of minutiae where the author describes everything down to practically its atomic structure, so I write fast-paced novels and I try not to get bogged down in unimportant details that go on and on and on for page after page.....
Returned to writing after almost 10 years away.

I give this book "Dust Storm " five stars for a well written western adventure story with a it of romance in it as well! It was a book that I was hard to put down once one say got past the second chapter! I really liked the story it was a very moving story and a fast paced easy to read type of book!nI recommend this book for those who like what I have just described this story as I had found it to be true. I received this book free and in exchange I am now doing this review for the author and those who are looking for a great short western adventure story with a bit of romance in it too! Great job,Cliff! By Angela
Predictable, no tension, it's a Western condensed to essentials. It would make a good novel with some twists and turns. It really needs some character development. In a longer book, it would be possible to make the Christianity much more realistic. I wish that had been done. I hope Cliff makes it into a real book. But then I really dislike short stories.
