I’m a psychologist and psychotherapist who specializes in relationship and sexual enrichment.

BODY-MIND ATTUNEMENT:
To create lasting change in any area of life, especially in an intimate relationship, you need to become more attuned to your body.

I believe this is a variation on Tunisian crochet with two different colours creating a reversible fabric. Instructions include a top, poncho, blanket and skirt. I suspect the item might be quite heavy weight when done. The blanket might make a good beginning project for someone who wanted to try this technique.
