Lana was cheated on by her betrothed. So she broke off with him. She now has trust issues with men, especially rake’s.
Drew is everything she does not want in a relationship. He has also never wanted a wife.
At his parents house party, Cupid 💘 arrow strikes.
This was a nice interesting story with plenty of banter and humour. 4.5 stars 🌟

Miss Lana Hillary has gotten herself into a bit of a situation. She has found herself attracted to the type of man she has sworn off after a broken engagement, a scoundrel. And unfortunately her first meeting with this scoundrel is quite indecent to say the least. As Lana is trying to escape the lecherous advances of a man she disgusts, she climbs out of a window and hangs there until the rakish Lord Andrew Forest happens by and is able to help. But as Andrew is a rake of the highest order, he thinks a kiss is a proper thank you. Hee hee. You can see the mutual attraction right off the bat with this couple but as Lana only will marry for love, there is no room for scoundrels but that doesn't stop Andrew from pursing her. And when Lana's brother, Jake, throws down the ultimate challenge--stay away from my sister--the pursing begins in earnest. After all, Andrew doesn't need to bed her completely, just some more steamy kisses will do. However, the attraction is too strong and passionate for that to stay true and Lana ends up being the one that throws up the walls afterwards and leads Andrew on a bit of a chase.

This is Samantha Grace's debut novel and she does an excellent job of taking many common Regency themes--dashing scoundrels who will never marry but fall hard, heroines that refuse to marry for anything less than love, meddling mamas that must see their almost-on-the-shelf-daughter married now, protective older brothers--and mixing it all together in a way that was still fresh and fun to read. I love stories that have large extended families that are close and get along well and this one delivers on that front as well through Andrews family. Andrew has a wonderful relationship with his parents and siblings as does Lana. Lana has a close bond with her brother Jake but there is tension between their parents and their mama can be a bit tiring at times.

As for Lana herself, she was very delightful. I thought she was going to be shy and proper but that turned out not to be the case. Lana is witty, clever and a bit carefree but has a wall around her heart that Andrew tries so hard to break down with his love and affection but with his past rakish ways, it is a bit hard to Lana to truly trust him completely. It was great to watch Andrew slowly transform from scoundrel to gentleman, while still maintaining his warm sense of humor and charm. I also appreciated there was no back and forth on telling each other they loved one another. When they realized it, it was said shortly after that. Really one of the only negatives for this book was Andrew's pet name for Lana. It is just a pet peeve of mine as I do not personally like nicknames being used all the time in place of the persons real name but the nickname 'peach' did suit Lana and when she confronts him about it (as she thinks it is a negative to do with her despised hair color)...sigh, so sweet.

Overall, a very solid debut for me. This book had be laughing quite a bit at the sharp wit and also had quite a few surprised laughter at the end. There is a dash of intrigue thrown in for the last part of the book that had me flipping the pages to see how it would end and I was definitely surprised. Quite a bit of surprised laughter for me there! There is also a small introduction into the next book in this series featuring Jake and the mysterious widow, Lady Amelia and I am quite anxious for that book! If you are looking for a warm Regency filled with wit and laughter and a bit of mystery and some wonderful, hot loving, this is a great debut to try! 4 stars

Lana Hillary had a fiancé who she discovered was a liar, so now she is on the search for a decent, respectable man. With pressure from her mother to find a husband this season, she is intensely looking for the right person. But she refuses to be stuck with someone she doesn’t like, which is how she finds herself climbing down a tree after an unpleasant gentleman tries to woo her at a ball. With the help of a stranger, who happens to be Lord Andrew Forest or Drew, she gets down the tree without much drama. Drew is immediately intrigued by this beautiful woman. Lana pegs him for a scoundrel right away.

When she gets invited to her friend’s Phoebe’s house party, Lana is excited until she realizes Drew is Phoebe’s brother in-law. Phoebe tells Lana that the house party will be too boring for him, and he won’t show, which calms Lana down considerably.

But of course they all end up at the house party together, even Drew who can’t get Lana out of his mind. His brother has forbidden Drew to be anywhere near Lana, because he knows that Drew can be dishonorable in his intentions.

And so sets up the book. They are at a house party together where Drew is a scoundrel, and Lana tries so very hard not to be swayed by him. But not really. I’ll get to that in a minute. The first 100 pages or so of this is kind of cute. Drew really does come across as a scoundrel, although in the back of my mind I wondered why he was going to such great lengths to be close to Lana. Why now has he become obsessed with one woman? But there is cute dialogue that made me continue.

But once we get to the house party, things go down hill. Lana all of a sudden can’t decide if she is going to be this big flirt or a proper lady. Her character felt very inconsistent.

In spite of her resolve to marry a respectable gentleman, a roguish one still possessed the power to turn her head, especially one as charming as Lord Andrew was.

“I’m sure you are accustomed to leaving women breathless,” she replied as smoothly as possible. Lana might be an innocent in the strictest sense, but two years in society didn’t leave her naïve. Nevertheless, flirting in such a manner was a bold action of her, and thrilling.

Lana seems to flirt with ease in this book, so I’m not sure if it really is a “bold action” for her. And then Lana starts with the flip-flopping. Going from refusing to want Drew near her because he is a scoundrel, to getting upset when he doesn’t pay her enough attention.

And then all of a sudden Lana realizes she wants to sleep with him so they meet (after Lana is chased by some random bad guy which she forgets to tell Drew about 30 seconds after she escapes random bad guy)

They have sex. Which I don’t think is a spoiler because it mentions this in the blurb. After they have sex, Drew realizes Lana was a virgin. He gets upset because she had insinuated she was experienced…from this conversation:

"Virgins are off limits, “ he replied bluntly. “They always fancy themselves in love, and I don’t wish to bring heartache to anyone. No virgins. It’s an unbreakable rule.”

“Again Lord Andrew, what makes you think I’m a virgin?”

The impudence. This entire conversation was inappropriate for mixed company, yet Lana Hillary didn’t blush, swoon,, or exhibit any other typical reactions he would expect. Perhaps he had pegged her incorrectly.

“For starters, you’re a respectable young woman from a good family.”

She rolled her eyes. “Oh, and I’m certain that’s written in stone. Are you telling me you’ve never met a respectable young lady from a good family who behaved a bit recklessly?”

“No,” he admitted with a smirk. “I suppose all young ladies don’t fit the same mold.”

“Then I rest my case,” she stated triumphantly, a smile lighting up her face.

Drew clapped. “Bravo. Excellent argument, Miss Hillary. Enough of this nonsense.”

So from this conversation, Drew now thinks she is not a virgin? And Lana is devious enough to pretend not to be and then have sex with him. And then be upset because he is angry she tricked him??

Soon after this he declares love. And then she goes back to flip flopping again, being jealous of petty things. I became so frustrated with this book. Their relationship made no sense. Drew becomes the anti-scoundrel and Lana becomes this jealous flirt, who tricks Drew into bed with her. I had absolutely no interest in finishing the last 100 pages.

Lana Hillary is in her third season and is constantly trying to avoid overbearing gentlemen in need of her dowry. Andrew Forest is the third son of the Duke of Foxhaven. Imagine his surprise when he rescues Lana hanging from a tree. Drew wants nothing to do with the institution of marriage. Drinking gambling and a different woman in his bed every night is his life, until Lana disrupts his thinking. He is a man in pursuit looking to seduce Lana, but she makes it anything but easy.
Quick wit and repartee keep the pace moving. Drew is no slouch when it comes to seduction.
A very likeable scoundrel.

This book was okay but it was missing something for me. I was entertained, but it seemed to lack substance. It wasn't really a story that stood out among other historical romances.

I wasn't really impressed by the hero, I couldn't understand what Lana saw in him besides his good looks. He did improve as the book went on, but I still couldn't see why she was so willing to risk everything for him in the beginning. I also found it hard to trust him because he seemed to have another woman in every town and city. It felt like Lana was just the flavor of the week for him and he would go back to his scoundrel ways eventually.

I liked Lana, she had a quick temper and it was fun to see her snap at people. However, it didn't really seem like she had much of a back story. The most interesting thing about her back story was her relationship with her brother, and he sadly sat out most of the book with a broken leg.

Overall, the book is entertaining enough, but it lacks a little something special. This debut author has potential and hopefully her next book will have more in depth characters.

I started off liking it. It was kinda cute with the snappy repartee btwn the H/H & also the sibling bickering btwn the hero & his younger sister. Unfortunately somewhere towards the last 1/4 or so of the bk the cutesyness got a bit overdone. The names too were a bit unusual (Lana/Alana?) as well as the hero calling the heroine peach?

A very sweet, cute read. This one didn't blow me away, but it was very sweet and I liked it. But... it was more of a fluff read. One that you enjoy while you read but forget after it's done. I was initially drawn by the blurb, which stated that for once a rake was bedded and left by the *woman*. I kept waiting for that to happen but it was not what I was lead to believe.

Lana and Andrew started out very engaging. The stereotypical rake, Andrew read more as a caricature of the rake stereotype and was kind of one dimensional. I had higher hopes for Lana as she seemed spirited and independent. She was determined not to wed without love, but it was slightly hard to feel sorry for her not having found a husband after being out for only two years, being an heiress with a fortune and having a loving, fun family and friends. In fact, I was rooting for her *not* to marry as she had everything a girl could want and still be happy. I was encouraged by her initial disdain for Andrew, seeing him for the shallow playboy he was, but she soon proved to be all kinds of different tropes. She fell under his spell and alternately pushed him away while encouraging his attentions.

In fact, this book had so many historical romance tropes, that I was starting to tic them off as I encountered them and even guessing ahead of time where I'd find them. I was not disappointed. After falling into bed with little to no protest from Lana (which was very unbelievable considering her station and the current society), Andrew finds himself in love with Lana and seeks to truly court her and convince her to marry him. His attempts to court her were sweet and endearing but seemed like such a radical change, I didn't completely buy.

Abruptly, toward the end, we have a twist thrown into the story which jarringly created a conflict. Which was really the only conflict in the entire plot. I kept waiting for something to happen at the beginning and middle but kept getting Lana's jealousy and Andrew's fumbling and then they'd make up. Which occurred several times. Enough that I was a bit done by the whole process by the 3rd time. Added to that the sudden conflict and I was ready for them to finally marry so it'd be over. I did like the supporting cast but again, the one dimensional stereotypes plagued them all. The angry, slightly crazed mother. The angry brother. The perfect friends/in laws. The is-he-is-he-not crazy quasi suitor. The sad former widow lover.

I think this is coming over as harsher than I intended but as I write this, I am thinking of all the things that I wanted this book to be. The premise was so intriguing, I bought this book on the blurb alone. I kept waiting for it to get better and I was briefly lead on by the fun, sweet dialog between Lana and Andrew at the beginning. But then it kinda stalls for me and runs into "meh" territory. I know that this is Ms. Grace's debut, and it shows, so I'm not completely done with her yet. I'm willing to give her next book a try and I'm hoping that as she matures as an author, her stories and characters gain more depth.

This was more of a 2.5 for me but I'm willing to round up to 3 for the potential that I could see.

I really enjoyed the first few chapters of this book. But as soon as I got deeper into the story and got a feel for the characters a bit, I just found myself more and more disinterested with everything. The book read more like a novella. I just didn't believe in some of the actions of the characters. Everything just became so cutesy and too predictable. I got more than half-way through when I decided to put the book down in frustration. Now here I am two months later and I still don't have the desire to pick the book back up.

Don't get me wrong, this book is by no means horrible. I just found that for me it was hard to believe in some of the things that were happening. When I read I want to believe in everything that is occurring, not rolling my eyes at how predictable and uncharacteristic everything is.

First of all, the book was too long.

Secondly, Lana Hillary was one of the most annoyingly insecure heroines I’ve read in a long time. She is CONSTANTLY doubting Drew’s faithfulness and love for her right up until the last chapter! I was getting whiplash with the never ceasing push-pull of their relationship.

Lastly, the ending had me confused and squeamish. For some reason, the MCs just assume Lana is pregnant because they’ve had sex. Then, while being held captive in a dirty, dank cabin, she uses the chamber pot, has painful cramps, and realizes she’s not. Ok, I *think* she just got her period, but maybe it was supposed to be a miscarriage? IDK. Either way, wouldn’t she need some supplies? How has the blood not soaked through her clothing by the time she’s rescued hours later? Then, literally two days later the H/h are having sex again. I know people do that, but ick. I don’t want to read about it in my romance novel.

I love the title. I love the plot. I did not love the characters. Actually, that's not entirely true. I really liked Andrew. Scoundrel, rake, recently come into a fortune that saves him from having to be a fortune hunter. However, Lana.... yeah, not so much. But, I wanted to. Really, I did.

We first meet Lana when she's being chased by an older viscount, in need of her dowry. She nearly gets herself caught in a compromising position, but manages to rescue herself by climbing out the window and dangling from a tree limb. Yay for the Self-Rescuing Heroine! She can't drop to the ground, because her dress got caught on a rose trellis, but luckily, Andrew (Lord Forest) comes by, and after looking up her skirts, untangles her skirt from the trellis and catches her as she drops from the tree. He's intrigued, she's curious. Sadly, for our heroine, it turns out that her rescuer is a rake, out in the garden for an assignation--or maybe not. But, no matter, Lana's had her heart broken by a rake before--her former fiancee (who she didn't know was a rake, until he compromised a different young lady), and she'll have nothing to do with a rake.

Well, of course, you can guess what happens next.

Lana was, I felt, a wishy-washy character. Made it a little hard for me to really fall in love with the story.

The next bit is a little spoiler-y, but I need to rant to get it off my chest.

So, would I recommend you read this? Sure... go ahead.... it costs less than $5.50, which is cheaper than going to the movies. You'll probably won't love this book, but you won't hate it, either.

Şu meşhur uzun süreli taşra partilerinden birinde karşılaşır kahramanlarımız.(Drew'in abisinin evinde)
Drew, Lana'yı ayartmaya çalıştıkça kızımız direnir.Bir yere kadar.Eh sonrada yakalanırlar tabi.
Sonrada vay efendim evleneceksiniz.

Belki yazar sevdirir karakteri.

So this book had a lot of potential in terms of being a really good Regency era romance but after about the first 3/4ths kind of fell flat. It seems like there were some plot "twists" (if you want to call them that) thrown in at the end to prolong the novel and the constance back and forth between the marriage thing got a bit tiresome. It seemed like this could have been a fantastic novel were it about 50 pages shorter or the end didn't feel like it was rushed and thrown together. You also wanted to shake Lana at some point for her continuance to doubt Drew's feelings for her, rake or no.

I didn't hate the book it just wasn't my favorite in terms of romances in this time period. I also feel that the synopsis is a bit misleading so keep an open mind when you read it and know that while it is kind of like the summary there is so much more to it.

I received a copy from BookSprout, and this is my freely given opinion.

I found this to be a rather lighthearted romance, but a bit bogged down at times, perhaps by too many characters. The copy I received looks to be a reissue of a previously published story.

Miss Lana Hillary is a young woman who has been burned in the past by a fortune hunter and that has made her very leery and cynical about men. However she does want to marry, and has to deal with a rather overprotective brother, and a matchmaking, ambitious mother looking to elevate the family by adding a title.

In her efforts to get away from one particularly persistent fortune hunter at a ball, she ends up dangling precariously outside a window. Her efforts are witnessed by Lord Andrew. He is the rakish bachelor son of a Duke. Not being the heir, and having some financial independence, which he doesn't advertise, allows him to live a carefree, licentious lifestyle. But he finds himself intrigued by Lana and her feistiness. After his brief encounter with her, he finds his prior distractions less enjoyable, and ends up going to his family house party, where Lana and her mother are also.

Their continued interactions lead to a greater attraction between the two. Lana also doesn't trust Drew because of his rakish past, and Drew fools himself by justifying his actions as protecting Lana from other fortune hunters. Other parties also try to warn them off each other, including Lana's mother, who is encouraging the courtship of a Bavarian count.

When Drew finally comes to the realization that he wants Lana and marriage, he has trouble convincing her of his love and fidelity, since he has to overcome her distrust because of her own experiences with a prior fiancee, and his own past. Also the Barvarian count is not the courtier he appears to be and there is a more sinister danger that Lana and Drew must face before they find their HEA.

There was definitely a rather larger host of characters than I felt the story needed, that threw a few wrenches into Lana and Drew's relationship, and this slowed the story down for me. But it was also nice to see that Drew was made to acknowledge that perhaps his love them/leave them attitude was not as carefree for others as he thought, so that was a nice bit of growing up and self-awareness for him. Lana's distrust, though likely understandable considering how her mother and her prior fiancee seemed to wear her self-esteem down too, kept occurring and became a bit tedious. But I did enjoy overall the dialogue and the light hearted/more humorous scenarios and Drew's growth and improved self-awareness and maturity.

3.5 stars out of 5.

This story started off really cute! It came across as fun and flirty and I was really into it.

But then about the timing of the house party (pg 100'ish/400), things started to go downhill for me.

The heroine became too inconsistent for me. She wanted him, she didn't. Back and forth. A few times she would become irrationally angry with the hero, no follow up on how those issues got resolved. I know my mind is easily flighty right now, as the Coronavirus panic is going on, but I often found myself confused as if I missed explanations in this story.

The sudden bad guy/guys threatening rape and chasing the heroine thru the maze... Five seconds after escaping them she is making out with the hero and forgot all about the life and death situation from a few minutes before. The make-out session itself confused me too, I felt like I missed something, who made the carriage start rolling away? the heroine jumping out and being seen by (who saw her) was too convenient. How does she jump out of a rolling carriage and not get hurt? Just.... Eh, I probably would have loved this story had I read it when I was first starting to read HR though.

After the house party it seemed like it was turning into a cat-and-mouse game of her being distrustful, petty... actually she reminded me of Meegan from Key and Peele. Ha. The "scoundrel" was a love-sick puppy way too soon, blah. As for the bad guys chasing her, I totally could careless who they were and stopped reading on the ride back to London from the house party.

"Miss Hillary Schools a Scoundrel" is Samantha Grace's debut novel and its setting, romance and humor are just some of the things that finally won me over.

As the story opens, our heroine Miss Lana Hillary is at a ball and trying to escape a suitor that's not so suitable. As she finds herself cornered in one of the rooms, she figures the only way to escape the dastardly man is to jump from the window, and that's when she encounters our hero, Lord Andrew Forest.

This is a very familiar theme and I like it very much, but in this particular novel I found myself not liking the hero so much. Well, at the beginning of the story, that is. As he begins to grow on our heroine, I started to like him more.

Lana is pressured by her mother, after a broken engagement, to find a husband this season, and she is willing, but she wants a man that she can love this time around, and another scoundrel will not do. One was quite enough in one's short life.

Lord Andrew Forest himself is in hiding from unwanted advances of a widow, Lady Amelia Audley. And this is what bugged me through most of the book. Drew, true, never promised Lady Audley anything more than a tumble-or-two, and his callas treatment of this nice lady bothered me more than I thought it would. This man was a scoundrel in the full sense of the word, and everyone knew it; the Ton, his family and friends and especially Lana. He was off limits to her and while her mind knew that fact, her heart was willing to overlook all the facts of his past and character.

Drew, on the other hand, knowingly and with purpose to irritate Lana's brother Jake decides to pursue Lana but not to a point of seducing her. That would not due even for this scoundrel. What Drew doesn't count on is Lana's curiosity and open nature, and that is something he unwittingly, slowly and surely he falls for. That's when he realizes that just maybe he might be capable of more than just fleeting from one woman to the next. Maybe he is able to love someone like Lana, and that's when I started to like him and this story.

So there you have it. We have a scoundrel of all scoundrels who is being schooled by a young and way too clever miss.

All in all, Ms. Grace has given me a good story filled with characters that were interesting and a plot that kept moving along at a decent pace. She has proven that she has a knack for telling a witty story mixed with a bit of intrigue. I will be looking forward to finding out how she handles Mr. Jake Hilary's story next in "Lady Amelia's Mess and a Half".

Samantha Grace’s debut Regency historical romance Miss Hillary’s Schools a Scoundrel is a must not miss, a laugh a minute tale of two unlikely lovers who find a rather cluttered path to true love.
Following a disastrous broken engagement to a fortune hunting rake, Lana sets off to find a man who wants her and not her fortune. Lord Andrew is rich enough to care for her fortune, but he’s still a rake with no interest in the marriage market. Lana’s over bearing mother has other ideas in mind when it comes to finding a husband for her daughter, and Lana wants nothing to do with it.
They cannot get each other out of their minds, and when they both discover they are staying at the same house party the sparks really begin to fly. Each have trust issues, and the road to true love is always rocky, but as Lana begins to discover that Drew wants to make their budding romance permanent , the fun really begins. As they both begin to learn about the other, the romance between Lana and Drew is fast and fun. Over all this is one delightful book.
The interaction between all of the characters is believable. The writing is fast paced and smooth, the combines the right amounts of fun and steam. I cannot wait to read the next books in this series from Ms. Grace.

Samantha Grace’s debut Regency historical, MISS HILLARY SCHOOLS A SCOUNDREL, is a laugh-out-loud tale of two unlikely lovers and the obstacles to true love, most of which they created themselves.

After breaking her engagement to a fortune-hunting rake, heiress Lana seeks a man who wants her and not her money. Lord Andrew is rich enough not to care about her dowry, but he’s still a rake with no interest in marriage. Her mother has picked a foreign nobleman for her, but Lana doesn’t care for him. She prefers Andrew, unsuitable as he is. What is she to do?

Andrew doesn’t want to marry. He’s having too much fun with wine, women and song. But Lana is different. What does she have that all the other ladies don’t? And he doesn’t like that foreigner who’s fawning over her. Something about the man strikes him as wrong.

MISS HILLARY SCHOOLS A SCOUNDREL is a light-hearted (for the most part) Regency with heiresses, rakes, fortune hunters, mysterious noblemen, protective brothers, lovelorn yearning, crossed signals and people who are not what they seem. As well as two appealing lovers who refuse to believe they’re right for each other until they finally realize they are. Ms. Grace also leaves us wondering what will happen next with her tantalizing glimpses of Lana’s brother, Jake, and Amelia, the lady he wants but who doesn’t want him. Or so she thinks.

If you enjoy Regency romps, you’ll enjoy MISS HILLARY SCHOOLS A SCOUNDREL.

"4 out of 5 stars! Miss Hillary might not be schooling a scoundrel but she certainly did tame one!! This novel was humorous, dynamic, spicy, sweet, and very adventurous--especially for a Regency type of novel! Dealing with the time period that this novel is in, I believe the characters acted wonderfully to what was expected of them and more. Most of the characters were heartwarming in a way that I wanted to become a part of the Forest family if I could, while others were very eccentric (Lana's mother for example), and the others were sweet but still a mystery since their stories haven't be told yet (like Gabby, Jake, and Amelia).

There were some parts of this novel that I wasn't so sure about because ..."

The book started out with promise and delivered and disappointed at various junctions in the novel. The sibling/familial dynamics with the Hillarys and Forests was great to read in a book. In fact it was reminiscent of how my siblings and I interact, which may be why I enjoyed them so much. However, Lana and Andrew, the hero and heroine, could be very irritating at certain points. Lana was very insecure and quick to belittle her worth, which was incredibly frustrating. Andrew seemed oblivious to the flaw (naturally) and would behave in a way that would make Lana jealous; she would doubt their relationship, and the relationship cycled that way until the last page. Part of me wished that they would make at least one action after thinking it through rationally instead of with their emotions, and that the other person would respond rationally as well. Nope.

What a great start to a new series! The series will revolve around four men in Regency England that pretty much has anything they want. This debut follows Lord Andrew Forest, who is the type to be upfront about what he wants, which is usually a very short affair. All that changes when he meets Lana Hillary, a woman he can't get out of his mind. What follows is Drew chasing after Lana in an attempt to prove his love for her and convince her to marry him. It was nice to see that Drew was chasing after her and not the other way as in most historical romance novels I've read lately, it was definitely a nice change. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

The book was rather ok. Nothing I haven't read before. It just was there. First of all the book was way to long! Over 400 pages. Some parts didn't need to be in it. Totally understand that she was trying to tell other stories but really? I am going to read the next book only cause I have to read about the brother. I have no review on this book cause its so there. The description pretty much says it all and just add another 399 pages of nothing an you got the book!

Andrew was a redeeming rake who lived up to his word. It felt like the author spent so much time shaping Andrew into a charming lovable hero that aside from the beginning scene (where Lana climbed out a window), there was nothing notable about Lana at all except her constant insecurities that Andrew was cheating on her. That proved to be really annoying.

I expected a better story after reading other reviews; Drew was interesting at the beginning but seemed rather blah. Lana had no interests at all, only bemoaning her lack of suitors. It read like a bad soap opera. Lana never trusted and Drew was quite superficial. Actually Jake and Lana's parents were more interesting.

I loved this book, The main characters Miss Lana Hillary, who has had her heart broken and believes no man can ever love her for her, falls into the arms of Lord Andrew Forest while escaping through a bedroom window. Andrew is a jades rake, when he falls for Miss Lana Hillary.
