Andy Stanley is the senior pastor of North Point Community Church, Buckhead Church, and Browns Bridge Community Church. He also founded North Point Ministries, which is a worldwide Christian organization.
The basics in the book/video are clearly communicated. The video needs some work. Andy Stanley refers to scripture on the church screen, however the video doesn't show it....the sermon would be much more effective via video if those were able to be seen.
I think it has been a good study for the beginning of a new small group - and appeals to both new christians and more mature alike.
Andy Stanley has a unique way of simplifying things. I'd say he is my favorite pastor and this book was a great. It is a thought provoking book and one that I will be able to refer back to again and again. :)
I loved this study! It really opened my eyes to seeing not only God's will but what I want for my life. It put a lot of things in perspective for me and it made me realize that even though I have a plan for my life and the people in it, God ultimately has the last say in everything. He knew the plan for me before I was even here. This is a great study to do with a group, it's good to hear that you're not alone in your wandering and that other people can be as lost as you can be!
