Motivated by a voracious appetite for passion, Annie is on a mission to keep changing her life. Every man she encounters wants to discover what makes her tick and maybe Russion Ilmar is the one to do it. But by succumbing to his charms, is Annie stepping into dangerous territory?
This is very slow paced and rather dull. Annie is a young misfit who grows into a stunning beauty (but of course) in her teens. She doesn't want to settle down and live a boring life like her conservative, religious and oh-so-boring sister. Annie spends paragraph after paragraph musing about all sorts of things and making lists. Once she discovers her sensual allure she starts exploring her sexuality and the story picks up a bit but then falls back into more dull navel gazing. Overall it's a bit of a dud in the erotica dept. and though it has a lot of plot it's not exactly attention grabbing stuff. Just "meh". I wish I'd skipped it entirely.
Let me tell you one thing: This book is the embodyment of bad american literature. Also the sex scenes in the second half are pretty friggin bad and the ending is really stupid.
