I found it interesting that President Thomas Jefferson, although he was a deist, prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. I enjoyed reading about Presidents Calvin Coolidge, Ronald Reagan, and a few others. Abraham Lincoln was a good president, considering the fact that he held onto God while trying to put a broken nation back together again.

The presidents of the United States were just not only managers of people..laborers from all parts of the world along with land owners. I did not know all of the presidents in this book were ministers....not just known as only those in executive office managing the people in the United States.

You can tell a lot about the concerns of our national leaders, in the oval office, by reading the prayers that have been attributed to their term(s) in office.
