For some reason, co-editor Steve Susoyev is omitted here by Goodreads. The book in fact was Mr. Susoyev's brainchild. I had the great privilege of seeing most of these plays performed, and could call all but two or three of the playwrights my friends. The Caffe Cino may have been the tiniest theater in history. Its legacy looms now with the dimensions of a temple. What a pleasure to see the groundbreaking work from that hallowed space collected in one volume.
