M. Reali-Elliott has spent over 15 years marketing digital technologies and is a self-professed data center nerd. She holds degrees in Marketing, Economics, and Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Leaning on her industry experience, she is adept at mission critical marketing, branding, and messaging. To this effort, she contributed to "Greener Data," a multi-author, visionary book that features the voices, stories, and perspectives of leading decision-makers in the data center and network infrastructure industry to share timely insights that inspire positive change towards sustainability.

Her background in communications has accelerated her work in developing strategic messaging and content, media relations, and public speaking. Over several years, she has led many employee resource groups, spoken on a variety of Diversity and Inclusion sub-topics, and is a champion for diverse outreach and empowerment. This will be the subject of future works she has in production.

Additionally, M. Reali-Elliott is a creative nonfiction writer who uses authentic and enlivening stories to inspire the younger generations to go after their adventures, dreams, and passions, while remaining on a solid ethical ground motivated by all things good, true, and beautiful. Her first published work, "Summer 20XX," was published in March, 2019 and tells the true story of how her change in career propelled her busy family's journey to squeeze every drop of sunshine and joy from a summer spent together while learning to be spontaneous and embrace the challenges that life threw their way. She is also planning to release a children’s book in the fall of 2022 that was co-authored with one of her sons.
