A book charting the life’s of a group of servicemen in the war, this being the crew of a Lancaster bomber. A fair bit of the book is dedicated to personal lives.
Most of the technical information can be found in other books, but this book does deal realistically with the issues with the crew, the pressure during a raid. And the problems with the navigation equipment.
