The legendary Clone Saga of 90s Spider-Man gets the Epic Collection treatment at last!
Spider-Man’s clone is back! Spidey thought his clone was long dead, but where has the man now called Ben Reilly been for the last five years? Why has he returned? And is he Peter Parker’s dark side…or his better half? As the mysterious Judas Traveler and his companions study the two spiders, Ben enjoys a new lease on life — suiting up as the Scarlet Spider and swinging into action against Venom! But an unstable Peter is pushed to the brink in a confrontation with the Puma. Can Daredevil help bring him back from the edge? No other Spider-storyline was as innovative or infamous as the 1990s’ Clone Saga, and this is where it all begins!

It is the (in)famous Clone Saga, all right, but also a big story about identity and memories: one trying to cope with a past that doesn’t belong to him, another trying to bury the past to forget the pain, another trying to make peace with the past and rebuild her life.

I was around 12-years-old when this story was originally released, and I loved it! Since then, Ben Reilly has always been a favorite Marvel character of mine. I'm sure there is a nostalgia factor, but I still love this story.
spiderman so cool, but i have a feeling this was all just a big build up for the scarlet spider and kaine to shine as peter takes a break for next volume
