Well written book for anyone who has difficulties with mastering conversation.

3* some good advice and strategies for improving social skills. Most of this is sort of common sense though.

Reading James Boswell’s London Journals and Master and Commander birthed the idea/fascination with being a competent dinner companion. As an introvert I d probably give myself a B- conversation skills but have made efforts over the years to improve. People who have decent conversational skills are a god send at all the kid stuff parents are required to be at (birthdays, sports, school events, etc…)

I really enjoyed this book mainly because it had practical knowledge and skills that can be tested as you read. My ability to Network and connect exploded after reading this book and taking the time to take notes. Definitely worth a read if you struggle to make conversation with people
