An organizational guide helps readers to identify and address problem areas in a home's public spaces, in a reference that offers a wealth of tips on how to make over kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and other areas by using the techniques demonstrated in a range of projects. Original.
I'm going to totally echo the other reviews. It really felt like the solutions were intended for someone with a LOT of space and just too much stuff as opposed to someone with limited space wanting to get organized. There wasn't much in the way of actual decluttering. A lot of times I also felt the solution was to get a bigger house.
Pretty photos, but doesn't actually tell you a damn thing about organizing. The solutions listed in this book consist of "get a bigger house" or "get more storage space."
I was highly disappointed and I expected better. The only reason it even earns one star from me is for the photos.
I have only read through the first chapter and have to say that the title is misleading. There isn't much advice in this book on how to declutter anything--just buy another container and shove it in there. You will find more helpful hints on decluttering, minimalism, and organizing on Pinterest. Disappointing.
