Stupid rich. Right away he is getting a blow-job from a male nurse. Cheating on poor Marc again, Marc who he just promised, by barebacking Marc without Marc's consent that he wouldn't cheat or have other lovers anymore. Apparently he'd forgotten all about Marc already. He's so caring and committed.

Marc finally kind of stood up for himself. Way too late though.

The old queens bore me. When it went back to their pov I stopped reading and took a long nap. The old people talk so tiring.

So that's review for first 20% or so...

Finished!!! All done!!!! I did it!!!!!

The end was really disappointing. The whatever plot wrap up thingy was just whatever. There was no real character progression. It ends the way book one started and I am not sure if that means they going to be happy now And do things right or if I should roll my eyes and say "here we go again" it's hinted a lot that there would always be someone trying to divide them or just be some unexplained evil bad guy. I was really sad Marc is still with rich. I hate Rich
....

Stuff I don't like, (some may be repeats):

Fleshy tool, used for the word penis. Gag
Meat, used for the word penis. As in 'oh yeah beat that beat, stroke that meat." Or "sliding his meat in and out of that tight hole." yeah pound that big slab of throbbing man-meat into that tight, convulsing hole, you hairy beast-machine. Nasty fuckers
cheaters, whores, and skanks running rampant
Rich
(hate that fucker)
Pablo (or whatever slutty sluts name is)
Bad sluts
Idiots
Confusing timeline
Flashbacks
A character named Dane
Random unexplained stuff

Old people (they bored me) (they make mid-forties seem like mid-eighties with their 'back in the day' and 'I used to be young and promiscuous' talk. Like seriously they seem ancient they just went on and on, blah blah and I was like okay grandpa we get it, you liked the good ole days, shut up now and stop reminiscing) ( the old guy asked the other old guy to climb on table for sex and all I could think was, oh grandpa be careful don't break a hip)
Too much sex
Too much stuff glossed over
(or worse not shown at all but mentioned later on, or vague details of something happening that is never mentioned/explained)
Inconsistencies there were just lots of things that aren't consistent. Not to mention the timeline being screwed up royally. But like the Mexican whore thinking how big Parker's throbbing man-driller is and how he hadn't taken it in the ass, yet. But he did take it in the ass, on the beach, in the last book. He was so desperate for it he sold out information about his friends and boyfriend just so Parker would fuck him. On my list of how much characters suck Rich and Mexican whore Pablo compete for number 1 spot. Pablo also thinks !arc had been drinking too much wine at his opening but at the opening Pablo tries to get Marc to drink but Marc specifically says he's not drinking at his opening. Stupid Pablo. There are too many to name! Like how chapter two the gun Aaron had was taken from his boss who stole it from Old Edgar. Then chapter four the boss says Aaron stole his gun and tried to shoot him with his own gun.
This story is just a mess
Condoms?
apparently condoms are not required with Dane and Swayer either even though Dane started doing porn and Swayer is fucking females in public so people will think he is straight. But models can't get stds apparently.
WTF! Danes telling a story to his recently murdered brother's widowed lover and his story is just a detailed sex scene he had with Swayer. Why would you tell someone in mourning how happy and sexified your relationship is?
The car ramming it still never explained the scene in book two where someone try's to kill Swayer. It's just like they forgot they wrote that scene. One minute he being rammed into next he at party with everyone else. Seemed like lots of details were added for no reason and never explained or followed up on

I am bummed. I was so looking forward to the conclusion but, unfortunately, it failed to impress me. I was really hoping Marc, awesome and faithful and everyting a man could want, ended up with Parker at the end. But no, cheater Rich got his boy back...so basically the bad guy won at the end...Sigh. I hated that Paolo, after being devastated about his lover dying, yea right, ends up moving next door with rich boy Troy. WTF???? Less than a year, no less than six months ...maybe close to three. Oh yea, he is so devastated. And the final show down to get all the secrets exposed? Lame. Like i said, i am bummed.

I didn't take any stars off for cheating...its a given with this being a gay soap opera, but still...how many people do you know who screw every neighbor they have? So, if i have this right, only the two oder guys never cheated...sad.

Ugh, so much cheating and making promises, then cheating more. There is like uber cheating going on here, but that's nothing new to the story. I was hoping for some big super breakthrough ending revealing all the answers behind the mystery. Turned out to be much more low key than I had hoped. Still had to see this through to the end though, so there was definitely something that kept me coming back for more.
