We got a themed box of books from the library about Farms and this was one of the books. This had a lot of good information but way too wordy and too mechanical for young children. I focused on the main use of each type of tractor and the colors and that kept my preschoolers interested, but my 5 yr old was bored, since he doesn't really care for tractors anymore. I'm not sure what kind of child this would cater to or what age but the pictures are nice.
Perfect book for boys! Even young girls if they are interested in tractors or other farm machines. This book walks you through different machines used on the farm and specifically what the purpose is of each machine. This book is full of facts and information that is sure to wow young kids. I am a twenty year old and still found this book interesting and learned from it. This is the perfect book for the little farmers in your life!
