I picked this book up from a free community library and I cannot praise it enough! Stress for success compares the experience and demands of corporate employees with top level athletes and gives some tips and the Toughness Training to truly unlock your potential in high stress, high demand positions. I loved this book and the message, a lot of the content also falls in line with the risk relapse prevention programming I administer and mindfulness integrated CBT. This book really provides a good road map of how to unlock your fully potential regardless of your career.

Recommended for those who are interested in Psychology, Healthy lifestyle, Stress management. Author gives methods how to use stress in positive way - the same methods used with Olympic games participants.

The author has many good points. A rating of 3 because it was written nearly 30 years ago. Examples are terribly dated.
