The basis of this book is that we need to be hydrated properly or our bodies will go into a crisis mode (asthma being on of those crisis modes) The book is well written, factual, but with enough real life stories to make it interesting. A must read for anyone with a chronic health condition.

Very interesting. I don't think it's quite as easy as he makes it seem, but I think he has some very good points. Besides there is nothing to lose by trying out his theory.

If you score positive on the Allergen-Specific Immunoglobulin E (IgE) test or are higly environmentally sensitive, this book is very helpful. I did not and while there is some carry over from his book, he really emphasizes allergens and allergies here. I know nothing of lupus.

The author makes some interesting points and some of his tips have been very useful in helping alleviate asthma symptoms in our family.
