Enjoy the perspective of an American woman's life in Italy as she shares her observations of Italian quirks and traditions! You will perhaps discover that the romanticized view of what you may think of Italy may not all be true!

Francesca Maggi paints an entertaining insider's view of Italy's bureaucracy and customs, and I found myself laughing out loud at many of her comments. She is an excellent writer and book is organized in short sections by topic. It's easy to pick up the book and read a few pages at a time.
