Found everywhere from gigantic, bustling noodle shops to street-corner vendors, noodles are a staple of life in every city, town, and village throughout east Asia. And now noodle shops are popping up in cities across America. Not only is eating noodles ( also known as slurping the canoodling) healthful, being low in fat and high in complex carbohydrates, noodles are both affordable and easy to prepare at home.
This is mainly a meat oriented noodle book. I was despairing until the last chapter which has vegetarian recipes. Dishes are by type of noodle and Asian region.
