I received this book as a gift from a fellow teacher.
It's useful in some ways, but outdated in others. I liked the inspiration the author gives for writing the book, as well as the fact that said inspiration is included in the appendix.
It made me reflect on my teaching to read this book; I found a few ways to improve. Other parts of it made me realize that I'm doing a decent job of teaching, which was good affirmation.
I'd recommend this book to anyone who's looking to get some tips for how to be a good teacher in terms of relationships with students. I found that to be the most useful/applicable part of the book.
