Hundreds of ways to preserve, restore and improve the brain's potential. These all-natural techniques help boost brain power and prevent mental aging. They represent the latest developments in scores of disciplines, including meditation, yoga, nutrition, vitamins, herbs and more.
I'm sure there must be an updated version of this book the copy of which I have read was only from 1995. I saw that it cited, in the forward, the same study that I saw recently cited in Time Magazine Special Edition on Alzheimer's, about the brain processing speed training that was given that had such long lasting results.
Don't waste time on this book, even if it's free. The author makes one unsupported claim after another. It is obvious he has never been a science writer. For example, he claims that Alzheimer's disease is caused by aluminum, completely unaware that this claim was never replicated. I generally pass along books I have finished reading, but this one is going straight into the paper-recycling bin.
