If you work with *nix - you need this book. Admining sendmail can be a dark art, and not for the feint of heart.

I've been known to ask intern candidates "what's the bat book?" - yeah, it's that important.

This is a comprehensive book. Reading it will help you understand a lot of things better when it comes to the subject. It will make you a better IT professional/systems administrator.
