Steven Banks has numerous writing and acting credits. And he created, wrote, produced, and starred as himself in "The Steven Banks Show," a comedy series which aired on PBS in the 90s.
Read this for fun on Libby. Me and my sister use to have a ton of these Spongebob books as kids. It was fun reading one of them again. It’s a cute story and I love the illustrations. They look like they came from the show.
Definitely not a literary classic, but at this point, my son is an addict. Authentic Spongebob story telling. Fun pictures. When in doubt, we add these to our bedtime routines.
There's not really much to say about this one other than to point out that this tie-in picture book might have the Spongebob characters, but has a poorly explained moral instead of any typical Spongebob humor.
This was a good SpongeBob book to help children learn that you can't get far by cheating... and it's never good to cheat. Always being true to yourself is best.
