If you are anything like me you have a hard time making the best food choices unless you are being held accountable either to yourself or someone else. This food and activity log is my way of being accountable. In order to arrive in a specific place you must be intentional in the process. Keeping track of what you eat and the activities you do is one way of being intentional. I hope this log book helps you in your process.
