My manager gave me this cookbook and it has some pretty fun and diverse recipes. As someone who is diving deeper into the world of fungi, I enjoyed the brief history about how mushrooms once reserved only for royalty has trickled it's way down to our plates today.

This woman is so into mushrooms, she writes about them like it's porn. Hilarious.
