The book was not as bad as I thought. One thing that was weird was that one Pokemon was so small and it weighed 14.4 lbs. This book was all about Pokemon it showed all of the Pokemon's moves, where they live, and how to pronounce their names. I recommend this book to anyone who like's Pokemon like me
We could look at this one for hours....well, we have! Picked it up for some 4 bucks during a business trip and my little Pokemon fan couldn't be happier. You get data for the Pokemon (size, height), power moves, name pronunciation, and their evolution path.
I remember picking this book up at my LBS as a kid and reading it all the way through multiple times I wouldn’t recommend you buy it nowadays because of how outdated it is but I found it at the back of my closet and it was a nice trip down memory lane
This book is for Pokemon lovers , who would like to know more in detail about all pokemons. Their moves, habitat , type , name pronunciation and a brief description about them .
My 5 year old made me read this book to her as her bedtime story every night for the past month. As far as stories go, it's pretty dry, because it's not actually a story. I'll admit that I skipped over the information about possible attacks for each Pokemon, how much they weigh, how tall the are, and what type of Pokemon they are, so that sped the process up a little. I also found the book somewhat informative (in spite of skipping over all that info) because now I know which Pokemon I will be able to catch/hatch/evolve currently in Pokemon Go. It also made me sad though, because some of the Pokemon I like the looks of best are NOT available (yet) in Pokemon Go.
Normally I would not read a handbook like this cover to cover, but since I did, I'm getting my credit for it for my reading challenge.
When I bring this book to school I tell my friends when they put a pokemon card that doesn't evolve I tell them that the pokemon doesn't evolve so put it back.
i think because this book i read about to see about all Pokemon this book was about the author wrote it about it then i watch then they was have a book
