This zine is a very good introduction tot he concept of using herbs, tinctures, salves, and poultices to heal yourself. It opens up a lot of questions and directs you to other books and zines with more information.

This was a great overview of herbal first aid remedies with a silly sense of humor. I love how they gave lists of things to gather. I'm definitely going to start building an herbal kit with this as a guide.
