About the author

Angela Sage Larsen wrote and illustrated the 7 book series Good Things Come on Tiny Wings: The Adventures of Petalwink the Fairy and wrote the chapter book series about the Fifties Chix, 5 time traveling friends from the 1950s. She also wrote and co-produced the webseries Bottom Little Theatre about best friends, big dreams, and a little theatre. Based on the Petalwink series, she wrote the script for Petalwink: the Musical. Now in the full time public practice of Christian Science, she writes often for Christian Science periodicals and maintains an active prison ministry as a volunteer chaplain.

I won "Keeping Secrets" by Angela Sage Larsen free from Goodreads First Reads. I found it to be an entertaining story about a group of 5 young girls from 1955 who were given an assignment that landed them in the future. I enjoyed their perspective of our current world and their problems of dealing with things that are so different from what they know. They found that their teacher from 1955 was also their teacher in the future where they arrived. They need her to return to their time but she has disappeared. Two of the girls have to deal with a love-triangle,also. This is the first one I've read of the series but I would definitely read more!!
