I wanted to like this book but it literally is more geared towards a classroom or homeschool opportunity as almost all of the crafts are geared towards ONE child, not a group....the activities are simple enough that they only take about 20 minutes or so to do, but there were none that really stood out to me...I know it doesn't take a lot to impress or instill creativity within a child, but SERIOUSLY....
Clever stories to tell with simple props except I would never be able to remember them all - which is why I am a book reader and not a professional storyteller (poor memory!). However, I could see someone using this book for storytime work.
This is the book I would want to write, except I want to do my own illustrations. A lot of the stories are standard children's librarian stuff, like sniggle and snaggle, but I want to have all these stories be part of my repertoire.
