I thought this was a great collection of poetry that takes us on a thorough voyage of homo history, erotic ghosts, love, sex, the interchangeability of us, racism, and America. By far, my favorite contributor was Isaiah Vianese, based on how many poems I dogeared, but I also really enjoyed the storytelling and imagery of Terry Daniel Nathan (Called Colored, In My Youth is one of my favorite poems in the anthology), the tell all sexual and self-exploration of Joseph Harker, the role reversals and gratification of Rob Jacques, the few but extremely intense pieces from Stewart D. Antwan (Picaresque is another favorite), and the queering conquest and justification of the American experience as shared by Emanuel Xavier. Definitely a worthwhile read.
Now for a disclaimer: I am one of the featured contributing poets, but I'll let someone else be the judge of my work.
