I really got into this book. I loved the storyline and was thrilled with the author's ability to jump from her sci-fi series to this "regular" series. I loved the concept of the sub training the dom too. Very fresh. I did find myself lost in places and not understanding the thought processes of the female lead; however, things were explained in the end so you were not lost or left with unanswered questions. I was surprised by who turned out to be the villains here and am still not sure what their reasons were. That part of the storyline could have been a bit more flushed out. Overall though, I really liked this book. The BDSM was a good level of vanilla mixed with rocky road for lack of a better analogy this morning. LOL The love story was a nice touch and I enjoyed the traditional roles in a non-traditional storyline.
