A group of entities (Guides, Angels, and relatives) on the other side of the veil came together for the specific purpose of dictating this material to Sherri through automatic writing. I bought this book originally because I was attracted by the title and the cover. I had a feeling it had some wisdom to share with me. I had not heard of the author before, so I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so glad I read this! The author's tone and writing style is infinitely likeable, and you get the feeling throughout that you are just sitting around a tea table enjoying a nice conversation with a friend. This is a good thing since the subject matter is pretty heavy! There is so much spiritual wisdom and fascinating insights in this book, I had to read it quite slowly to absorb little chunks at a time. I will definitely be re-visiting this book and eager to read the other titles this author has available. Highly recommended!

I thought this was a great read. The tone is friendly and down-to-earth. Some may think the topics covered are "out there," but those drawn to this book will already be open-minded, imo. She touches on a lot of different items - some felt simplistic; there were many others, though, that were meatier and very interesting. There's a great variety and all the topics seem to build upon one another. An added bonus is the CD that's included.

Simply speaking, Sherri Cortland's book, Raising Our Vibrations for the New Age, is an essential handbook and must-read for the Shift in consciousness many are currently experiencing. An easy-to-read book, the chapters are organized so that specific topics can be referenced with ease. I especially enjoy hearing Sherri's voice on the included meditation cd.
