In short, it's a great book! It starts from the very basics, defining functions in the simplest form, and then takes us all the way to the realms of vectors and their analysis in the end. To be honest, I was very skeptical about this book when I started because it's not a popular choice on the internet. However, after going through the first few chapters, it turned out that I started loving it. The book is highly intuitive and covers all the topics for undergraduate-level Calculus 1,2,3. As I mentioned, it's not that popular on the internet, so the reviews are not that great and the community support is also dim. Nevertheless, I can assure you'll have a great read
