Appropriate K-3, how does hearing affect our lives? In many ways! A non-fiction account of the power of sound and the familiarity of the sound of voices of people that we know, and things we are familiar with such as the lions roar, the tuba, a clanging bell, the hoot of an owl, and the whoosh of a waterfall, to name a few! Full of fun onomatopoeia to support colorful photographs makes this a fun non-fiction read for little learners.

Excellent book to introduce children to the senses in this book the sense of hearing through which we can differentiate between sounds and their meaning or that represent. Large and real photographs that clearly explain what is expressed
