One of the best Running books I have ever read. As a distance runner and streak runner, amazingly entertaining.

I liked this book alot. It was a different type of story than I had ever read at the time. It involves some running con men in the old west who run, not fix, races for money. But they are tricky about it. I recommend it as something different than the norm.

Life's too short - so I gave up on this 150 pages in. Too much unnecessary backstories on main characters, no action and no idea what the plot was going to morph into. Disappointing as it is very well written.
