Daphne Deckers is one of the best-selling authors of the Netherlands. Her books have sold over 1 million copies. Her most recent collection 111x Daphne appeared in late 2011 and immediately became a bestseller. She established her name as a children's author through The sailor in the box and Marijn in the desert. Daphne is a mother of two children, son Alec and daughter Emma and is married to tennis champion Richard Krajicek.

Korte (soms inmiddels een beetje gedateerde) verhaaltjes, leuk voor tussendoor. Daphne schrijft zoals ze spreekt.
