This is one of the best books on improving intelligence that I have read, there isn't much that's totally new, but it is clear, well-presented and it will help you.
The only fault I have to find with this is the cheery repetition of the idea that change is quick and easy! It isn't, not for everyone. It took me a long time to improve my brain power!
These methods do work - I am living proof. I was tested as having an IQ of 80 when I was at school & failed dismally. Now I have a post graduate qualification and my mind works well - you can learn to work around things as well as gaining new capabilities.
There are two CDs as well - nice to listen to as you fall asleep.

Di buku ini aku menjumpai banyak sekali tips yang bisa kita gunakan untuk latihan dan terapkan untuk mencapai potensi-potensi baik yang ada dalam diri kita, seperti utamanya dalam belajar.
Sepertinya buku ini ngga bisa sih kalau cuma dibaca sekali, karena banyak step-step praktikal, memang baiknya bisa dibaca kembali berulang-ulang sambil berlatih.
Btw hahah ak tu jadi keinget kejadian lucu waktu SMA. Jadi adalah ya guru Biologi tapi kejawen banget, suatu ketika beliau menceritakan bahwa untuk bisa tahu isi dari suatu buku/page itu ngga harus dengan membacanya full selayaknya orang normal, instead waktu itu beliau ngajarin buat melihat halaman itu dari kiri ke kanan… kurang lebih gitu aku lupa detailnya. Tapi dikarenakan beliau tidak memberikan penjelasan dan pemahaman lebih kepada muridnya, temen-temen termasuk juga ak malah menganggap ini part of mistik.
Setelah baca buku ini memang dalam belajar dan juga menghadapi ujian dsb itu ada tekniknya. Haha jadi bukan hal mistik ya. LOL.
Melalui buku ini, ak juga jadi tahu tentang gimana brain dan neuron kita tuh bekerja.
What I find interesting about this book is it can change your opinion, if not your actions, about the power your mind/brain, and it will make you take a good care of it. Another good thing is that it provides you with the theory (whys) as well as the practice (hows).
I have to admit that a few of the techniques didn't work for me maybe because I wasn't 'in the right state of mind', or I simply wanted to read on to see what's next (or I was like 'This is pretty good, but I'm coming back to this later.' Don't do that!).
I am curious about the brain. We all should use it more. This book is fairly straight forward and easy to understand. Some interesting bits, techniques to try. It's up to one to pick those that make sense and useful.
كتاب جداً رائع وجميل المؤلف يحاول أن يبني الثقة بشكل اكبر في القارئ لكن كـ عادة جميع كتب التطوير يجب على القارئ التطبيق والممارسة العملية للنصائح البعض يعتقد بمجرد انهزقراء كتاب في مجال تطوير الذات هو قد استفاد الاستفادة المطلوبة ويغفى عن ممارسة المهام او التدريبات ويجعلها جزء من روتينه اليومي .
