Throughout decades of teaching, he has run numerous workshops, written a series of books, and published a number of training videos. Exercises and pictures are unintelligible and poorly described. The book looks like it's done quickly

The grounding/history is appreciated, and the exercises are clearly stated w/ helpful photographs.

It’s a short read yet comprehensive. It provides the basic history and concepts of tai chi and chi kung.It also includes a practice with photos and instructions.
