While not the most inspiring book, this book is really great at very clearly laying out all the itty-bitty details of proper care and execution of gardening projects. It's really thorough! All those questions you kind-of wondered about whether you were doing x right? The answers are all in here!

Great coverage of the basics- patching your lawn, separating plants, moving shrubs. Not quite enough detail provided for the more advanced projects like stone laying and fencing, though.
