The Sun is Always Shining Somewhere by Allan Fowler is a book that explains how the sun is a star. It gives clear explanations as to why the sun shines in different places of the world at different times. This book can be used to teach a lesson on stars or about day and night. I would use this book for students in grades K-2nd grade.

This is a good book to use for kindergarten-second grade classroom. The pictures are great! It explores the sun as a star and offers explanations on the world around us that are clear for young readers.
