Definitely some mindset shifts for my business from this book. I loved the emphasis on working on your business and not as much in it. While I think it’s still important to be in the business with the guys it’s so easy to be consumed by the grunt work that you could easily delegate. Loved the emphasis on the family too and how business can help you confront many other problems that you have. It’s about who you are and the principles you live by.
