Definitely a must read after the one-sided story of Dead Man Walking by Helen Prejean.

Great book. Unlike the other story that defends the obvious murder with no remorse. If you have read the other book or watched the movie, read this one for the truth.

I recommend reading all three books about this crime. Then form your own opinion.

This book was clearly written by a member of the prosecution. He has no frame of reference other than what the Attorney General said. His book is not focused on the life of Faith Hathaway, but rather on the his justifications for the murder of her killer.

All I can say is thank you for giving Faith and her family a voice. And that was done amazingly!

An excellent, if utterly grim read about the story behind the "dead man walking" death penalty case. The author explains exactly why the killer/rapist deserved everything he got. The photo section is not for the squeamish.
