I was raised in Iberia Parish and I work for the Sheriff's Office here so this was a joy to read for me. I've worked with and personally know three of the cops mentioned in this book (Tyler, Duplantis, and Mushmeche). This story captivated me because it took place in a parish I call home and in an area I've patrolled myself. Great story, sad circumstances.
